LEAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Version 1.2 | Effective date: 6 November 2026
Website: https://leal.world/
Contact: info@leal.world
Prepared as a working draft for Egyptian legal review.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Leal or making a booking through the Leal platform.

By accessing or using the Leal website, browsing tourism experiences, making a booking, submitting information, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any policies expressly incorporated into them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Leal or make a booking through the Platform.

1. ABOUT LEAL

Leal is the trading name of an independently operated online tourism marketplace available through leal.world.

At the date of these Terms, Leal is operated by:

Operator: Ahmed Taia
Operating capacity: Individual operator; Leal is not currently incorporated
Correspondence city: Hurghada, Egypt
Email: info@leal.world

References in these Terms to “Leal,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the operator of the Leal platform.

Leal enables users to discover, compare, reserve and pay for tourism experiences offered and operated by independent tourism agencies and other approved tourism service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, Leal does not itself operate the tourism experiences displayed on the Platform.

2. DEFINITIONS

For these Terms:

“Platform” means the Leal website, services, booking system and related digital services available through leal.world.

“Customer,” “you,” or “your” means any person accessing the Platform or making or participating in a Booking.

“Provider” means the independent tourism agency, tourism service provider or other approved supplier responsible for operating the booked Experience.

“Experience” means any trip, excursion, tour, activity, package or other tourism service offered for booking through Leal.

“Booking” means a reservation for an Experience made through the Platform.

“Lead Traveler” means the person who makes the Booking and provides the primary contact information.

“Traveler” means the Lead Traveler and any additional person included in a Booking.

“Departure Time” means the scheduled starting or departure time stated in the Booking Confirmation.

“Booking Confirmation” means the confirmation issued electronically after a Booking has been successfully accepted and, where applicable, successfully paid.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By completing a Booking, you confirm that:

  • you have read these Terms;
  • you agree to be bound by them;
  • you have reviewed the relevant Experience information;
  • you have reviewed the applicable cancellation and refund conditions;
  • the information you provide is accurate; and
  • you have authority to make the Booking for all Travelers included in it.

Leal requires active acceptance of these Terms and the Cancellation and Refund Policy during checkout.

The Customer must tick an initially unchecked checkbox before the Booking is submitted. The checkbox must link to the current Terms and Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Leal should record the accepted policy version and acceptance time.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND LEGAL CAPACITY

You must be at least 18 years old to make a Booking through Leal.

However, being 18 years old does not override any higher legal-capacity requirement imposed by applicable law.

You must also have the legal capacity necessary to enter into the relevant transaction.

Where applicable law requires a person to be older than 18 or to obtain consent or authorization from a parent, guardian or legal representative, that requirement must also be satisfied.

A minor may participate in an Experience where:

  • the relevant Experience permits minors;
  • the applicable Provider allows the Traveler's age group; and
  • the Booking is made or authorized by a person legally entitled to do so.

Individual Experiences may have additional minimum-age requirements.

5. LEAL'S ROLE

Leal operates a marketplace and booking-facilitation platform.

Leal's role may include:

  • presenting tourism Experiences;
  • displaying Provider profiles;
  • enabling comparison between Experiences;
  • displaying availability;
  • facilitating reservations;
  • facilitating online payment;
  • issuing Booking Confirmations;
  • providing customer support;
  • facilitating cancellations and refunds;
  • communicating with Providers on behalf of Customers; and
  • assisting with operational issues relating to Bookings.

The Provider identified on the relevant Experience page is responsible for physically operating and delivering the Experience.

A Booking through Leal therefore involves services provided by Leal and services supplied by the relevant Provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that Leal or a Provider is required to assume under applicable law.

6. PROVIDERS

Providers listed on Leal operate independently from Leal unless expressly stated otherwise.

Providers are responsible for matters including:

  • operating the Experience;
  • providing the services described in the listing;
  • transportation where included;
  • guides where included;
  • accommodation where included;
  • meals where included;
  • equipment where included;
  • operational safety;
  • staffing;
  • required operational licenses, permits and approvals;
  • compliance with applicable laws;
  • accurate availability information; and
  • honoring confirmed Bookings.

Leal may remove, suspend or restrict a Provider where Leal reasonably believes that the Provider has:

  • supplied false information;
  • repeatedly failed to honor Bookings;
  • created safety concerns;
  • violated applicable laws;
  • charged undisclosed mandatory fees;
  • misrepresented an Experience; or
  • otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with Leal's standards or these Terms.

7. PROVIDER VERIFICATION

Leal may display labels such as “Verified Provider” only after completing and recording the verification checks represented by that label. The checks and any limitations should be accurately described to Customers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such a label means that Leal has reviewed certain information or documents according to Leal's internal onboarding requirements.

It does not mean that:

  • Leal guarantees the Provider's performance;
  • Leal is a governmental authority;
  • Leal independently certifies every legal or operational aspect of the Provider;
  • the Experience is risk-free; or
  • Leal assumes the Provider's operational responsibilities.

Leal may change its verification requirements as its compliance processes develop.

8. EXPERIENCE LISTINGS

Leal aims to display clear and accurate information concerning each Experience.

Each listing should disclose the material information applicable to the Experience before payment, including, where relevant:

  • Provider identity;
  • destination;
  • price;
  • dates;
  • duration;
  • availability;
  • itinerary;
  • transportation;
  • pickup information;
  • accommodation;
  • meals;
  • included services;
  • excluded services;
  • mandatory additional charges;
  • optional expenses;
  • age restrictions;
  • health or fitness requirements;
  • safety information;
  • cancellation conditions; and
  • photographs or videos.

Customers must review the complete listing before making a Booking.

Providers are responsible for supplying accurate operational information to Leal.

Leal may correct or update listings where errors or outdated information are identified.

9. AVAILABILITY AND INVENTORY

Availability displayed on Leal is based on inventory made available to the Platform by the relevant Provider.

During checkout, selected spaces may be temporarily held for a limited period.

A temporary inventory hold does not constitute a confirmed Booking.

If payment is not successfully completed before the hold expires, the spaces may automatically return to available inventory.

Leal does not guarantee that an Experience remains available until a Booking Confirmation has been issued.

If a payment is successfully collected but the Booking cannot be confirmed because of an inventory or technical error, Leal will notify the Customer and offer either a full refund or an available alternative that the Customer may freely accept or reject.

If two Customers attempt to reserve the last available space at approximately the same time, the Booking successfully confirmed first by the Platform will have priority.

10. PRICES AND CURRENCY

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • all prices on Leal are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP);
  • prices are generally shown per person unless another pricing basis is clearly stated;
  • the total amount payable will be displayed before payment; and
  • known mandatory charges must be disclosed before the Booking is completed.

Optional services or expenses may be charged separately where clearly identified as optional.

A Provider must not require a Customer to pay an undisclosed mandatory fee that should reasonably have formed part of the advertised Experience price.

Leal may receive a commission or other commercial compensation from Providers for successful Bookings.

Such Provider-side commercial arrangements do not create an additional Customer charge unless that charge is clearly disclosed before payment.

11. PRICING ERRORS

Although Leal and Providers seek to maintain accurate pricing, genuine technical or human errors may occur.

If an obvious and material pricing error is discovered before the Experience is provided, Leal may:

  • notify the Customer;
  • offer the Customer the opportunity to proceed at the correct price; or
  • cancel the Booking and provide an appropriate full refund.

Leal will not intentionally use pricing errors to mislead Customers.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. MAKING A BOOKING

To make a Booking, the Customer may be required to provide information including:

  • full name;
  • email address;
  • mobile or WhatsApp number;
  • nationality;
  • selected Experience;
  • selected departure;
  • number of Travelers; and
  • names and age categories of additional Travelers.

Specific Experiences may require additional information where reasonably necessary for operation of the Experience.

Customers must provide complete and accurate information.

A Booking is not confirmed merely because:

  • information was entered into checkout;
  • inventory was temporarily held;
  • a payment attempt was initiated; or
  • a payment authorization is still pending.

A Booking becomes confirmed when Leal issues a Booking Confirmation following successful completion of the required booking and payment process.

13. BOOKING FOR OTHER PEOPLE

A Lead Traveler may make a Booking for additional Travelers.

By doing so, the Lead Traveler confirms that:

  • they have permission to provide the Travelers' required information;
  • the Travelers have been informed of the relevant Experience conditions;
  • all Travelers will comply with applicable safety and behavioral requirements; and
  • where necessary, appropriate parental or legal consent has been obtained.

The Lead Traveler is responsible for ensuring that important Booking communications are shared with the other Travelers.

Requests to change an Experience date, Traveler name or number of Travelers are not automatic. They depend on Provider availability and approval. Any price difference or permitted fee must be communicated and accepted before a change is processed. No change reduces a statutory cancellation or refund right.

14. PAYMENTS

Payments made through Leal are processed using Leal's designated third-party payment provider, currently XPay, together with any banks, card networks or other payment infrastructure involved in the transaction.

For this pilot, Leal is operated by the individual identified in Section 1, who uses an individual XPay merchant account to facilitate Customer payments for third-party Experiences. The name appearing on a bank statement may therefore differ from the Leal trading name. The precise merchant/payment arrangement must be confirmed with XPay and reviewed for applicable legal compliance before publication.

Where payment-card data is submitted through a secure XPay payment flow, Leal does not intentionally collect or store complete card numbers or security codes. This statement must match the implemented payment integration.

By submitting payment details, you authorize the relevant payment provider to process the payment associated with your Booking.

Payments may be declined or delayed because of:

  • card issuer decisions;
  • payment-provider security controls;
  • incorrect payment information;
  • insufficient funds;
  • fraud controls;
  • technical interruptions; or
  • other circumstances outside Leal's reasonable control.

A failed or pending payment does not create a confirmed Booking.

15. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

After a successful Booking, Leal will provide an electronic Booking Confirmation.

The Booking Confirmation will contain the following information, where applicable:

  • Booking reference;
  • Experience name;
  • Provider;
  • date;
  • Departure Time;
  • number of Travelers;
  • total paid;
  • pickup or meeting information;
  • important instructions;
  • cancellation conditions; and
  • support information.

Customers must review the Booking Confirmation promptly and notify Leal if they identify an error.

Electronic Booking Confirmations and payment records should be retained by the Customer.

16. CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS

Unless the Experience listing provides a more favorable cancellation policy, the following Leal policy applies.

16.1 Cancellation at least 24 hours before departure

If the Customer cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled Departure Time, the Customer is eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid for the cancelled Booking.

16.2 Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure

If the Customer cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled Departure Time, the Booking is non-refundable unless:

  • applicable law requires otherwise;
  • Leal or the Provider agrees to a more favorable outcome; or
  • the cancellation results from circumstances for which Leal or the Provider is legally responsible.

16.3 Calculating the 24-hour period

The 24-hour period is calculated using the scheduled Departure Time shown in the Booking Confirmation and the local time applicable to the Experience.

Example:

If an Experience departs at 8:00 AM on 10 November, the normal full-refund cancellation deadline is 8:00 AM on 9 November, inclusive.

16.4 Mandatory rights

The cancellation policy in this section is contractual and does not restrict any greater cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other right that a Customer is entitled to under mandatory applicable law.

16.5 How to request cancellation.

Customers should submit cancellation through the Platform’s booking-management function, if available, or by emailing info@leal.world with their Booking reference. The cancellation time is the time Leal receives the request through the designated channel, not when support later reviews it. A message sent only to the Provider does not by itself cancel a Leal Booking. Requests to cancel individual Travelers are subject to the applicable per-Traveler pricing and availability of partial cancellation, without limiting mandatory rights.

17. LATE ARRIVAL AND NO-SHOWS

Customers are responsible for arriving at the specified pickup or meeting point by the instructed time.

A Customer will normally be treated as a no-show where:

  • the Customer does not attend the Experience;
  • the Customer arrives after the transportation or Experience has departed; or
  • the Customer fails to attend because they did not follow correctly communicated pickup instructions.

No-shows are normally non-refundable.

If the Customer arrives late but the transportation or Experience has not departed, the Provider may attempt to accommodate the Customer but is not required to delay the Experience where doing so would affect other Travelers or operations.

The no-show rule will not automatically apply where the Customer's failure to attend was materially caused by incorrect or misleading pickup information supplied by Leal or the Provider.

18. PROVIDER CANCELLATIONS

If the Provider cancels a confirmed Experience, cannot honor a confirmed Booking because of overbooking, or does not operate the Experience, the affected Customer will be entitled to a 100% refund for the cancelled or undelivered Booking, subject to any additional mandatory remedies.

Leal may also offer:

  • an alternative Experience;
  • another departure date; or
  • another suitable option.

The Customer is not required to accept an alternative.

If the Customer declines the alternative, the Customer remains entitled to the applicable full refund.

19. CHANGES TO AN EXPERIENCE

Operational changes may occasionally be necessary.

Minor changes that do not materially affect the nature or value of the Experience may be made where reasonably necessary.

Examples may include minor changes to:

  • sequence of itinerary activities;
  • pickup timing;
  • individual stops;
  • guide assignment; or
  • operational details.

Where a material change is made before departure, Leal will seek to notify affected Customers as soon as reasonably possible.

A material change may include a significant change to:

  • destination;
  • departure date;
  • core itinerary;
  • overall duration;
  • major included service;
  • accommodation category where material;
  • transportation arrangement where material; or
  • another essential feature on which the Customer reasonably relied when Booking.

If a Provider makes a material change before departure, the Customer may reject it and request a full refund of the affected Booking, or voluntarily choose one of the following:

  • acceptance of the revised Experience;
  • an alternative Experience; or
  • a full refund.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

20. LEAL'S RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUSE A BOOKING

Leal may refuse, suspend or cancel a Booking where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • suspected fraud;
  • unauthorized payment;
  • payment failure;
  • obvious pricing errors;
  • technical errors;
  • incorrect inventory;
  • safety concerns;
  • sanctions or legal restrictions;
  • prohibited conduct;
  • inaccurate Customer information that prevents performance;
  • Provider inability to operate the Experience; or
  • circumstances in which completing the Booking would violate applicable law.

Where Leal cancels a valid paid Booking for reasons not caused by Customer misconduct, Leal will provide a full refund unless the Customer voluntarily accepts an alternative remedy, subject to any additional rights under law.

21. REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved, Leal will initiate the refund using the original payment method where reasonably possible and legally appropriate.

Leal will initiate approved refunds without unreasonable delay.

A “100% refund” means a refund of the full amount paid by the Customer to Leal for the affected Booking; Leal will not deduct its commission or XPay processing charges from that amount. Any independent foreign-currency conversion effects or charges imposed by the Customer’s bank are separate and may be outside Leal’s control.

However, the time required for funds to appear in the Customer's account may depend on:

  • XPay;
  • the relevant bank;
  • the card network;
  • the payment method; and
  • other financial intermediaries.

Leal cannot guarantee the processing time of third-party financial institutions.

Where applicable law requires a refund to be completed or initiated within a specific maximum period, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.

Refunds will normally be made in the currency of the original transaction.

Differences resulting from bank charges, international card conversion or exchange-rate movements may be outside Leal's control.

22. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers and Travelers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information;
  • checking Booking information;
  • monitoring communications from Leal;
  • arriving on time;
  • following Provider safety instructions;
  • behaving respectfully;
  • complying with applicable laws;
  • carrying required identification or travel documentation;
  • satisfying disclosed age, health, fitness or participation requirements;
  • informing Leal of relevant operational requirements where requested;
  • protecting their own belongings; and
  • reviewing what is included and excluded from an Experience.

Customers are responsible for passports, visas, residency documentation, permits or similar personal travel requirements where relevant.

Leal does not provide immigration or visa advice unless expressly stated.

23. HEALTH, SAFETY AND ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS

Certain Experiences may involve inherent risks, including activities involving:

  • vehicles;
  • boats;
  • water;
  • diving or snorkeling;
  • desert environments;
  • hiking;
  • animals;
  • physical activity;
  • remote locations;
  • extreme temperatures; or
  • changing weather conditions.

Customers must review disclosed safety information and restrictions before Booking.

A Provider may reasonably refuse participation where a Traveler:

  • does not satisfy a clearly disclosed safety requirement;
  • is intoxicated;
  • behaves dangerously;
  • refuses reasonable safety instructions; or
  • poses a material risk to themselves or others.

The existence of inherent travel or activity risks does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

24. SPECIAL REQUESTS

Customers may request arrangements relating to matters such as:

  • meals;
  • accessibility;
  • pickup;
  • seating;
  • language;
  • medical considerations; or
  • other preferences.

Unless expressly confirmed by Leal or the Provider, a special request is not guaranteed.

Customers with requirements that are essential to their ability to participate should contact Leal before Booking where possible.

25. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL

Leal or a Provider may need to modify, delay, reschedule or cancel an Experience because of circumstances outside reasonable control.

These may include:

  • severe weather;
  • natural disasters;
  • government orders;
  • road closures;
  • security incidents;
  • civil disturbance;
  • war or armed conflict;
  • epidemics or public-health measures;
  • transportation disruption;
  • sudden closure of attractions or protected areas; or
  • other comparable events.

Safety takes priority over completion of an Experience.

If an Experience is cancelled before departure by Leal or the Provider because of such an event, the Customer will be offered a full refund or, at their option, rescheduling or a suitable alternative. If an Experience has already started and is interrupted, any refund or other remedy will be assessed fairly by reference to the services delivered and unused, the circumstances and applicable mandatory law.

  • rescheduling;
  • an alternative Experience; or
  • a refund as required by the applicable Booking terms and mandatory law.

26. CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION

Leal handles Customer support relating to Bookings made through the Platform.

Customers may contact Leal through:

Email: info@leal.world

or through other official support channels displayed on the Platform.

Customers should include their Booking reference when contacting support.

Provider direct contact details may not be publicly displayed.

Leal may communicate with Providers on behalf of Customers.

Where necessary to operate a confirmed Experience, relevant Customer information may be shared with the Provider in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and Leal's Privacy Policy.

27. COMPLAINTS

If a Customer experiences a problem, the Customer should contact Leal as soon as reasonably possible.

Where practical, problems occurring during an Experience should be reported while the Experience is still taking place so that the Provider and Leal have a reasonable opportunity to address them.

Leal may request:

  • Booking reference;
  • description of the issue;
  • photographs;
  • screenshots;
  • receipts;
  • messages; or
  • other reasonably relevant evidence.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, possible outcomes may include:

  • explanation;
  • correction;
  • replacement service;
  • alternative Experience;
  • partial refund;
  • full refund; or
  • another appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this complaints process prevents a Customer from exercising rights available under applicable law or contacting a competent consumer-protection authority.

28. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

Customers must not:

  • use Leal for fraudulent purposes;
  • use stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
  • provide intentionally false information;
  • attempt to manipulate inventory or payment systems;
  • threaten, abuse or harass Leal staff, Providers or other Travelers;
  • intentionally damage Provider property;
  • use the Platform to engage in illegal activity;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
  • submit fake reviews;
  • impersonate another person; or
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

Leal may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Customers, Providers, Leal or the integrity of the Platform.

29. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

Where Leal permits Customers to submit reviews, photographs, videos or other content, the Customer confirms that:

  • the content is genuine;
  • the Customer has the right to submit it;
  • it does not infringe another person's rights;
  • it is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening or intentionally misleading; and
  • it relates genuinely to the relevant Experience where presented as a review.

Leal may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

By submitting content for public display, the Customer grants Leal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format and use that content for operation and promotion of the Platform, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual-property law.

Ownership of the Customer's original content remains with the Customer.

30. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the Leal name, Platform design, software, databases, written content, graphics and other materials created by Leal are owned by or licensed to Leal.

Provider photographs, logos, descriptions and other Provider materials may remain owned by the Provider or their licensors and are displayed with authorization.

Customers may use the Platform only for personal, lawful purposes.

Customers may not, without authorization:

  • reproduce substantial Platform content;
  • scrape the Platform;
  • commercially exploit Leal content;
  • copy Leal branding;
  • reverse engineer software;
  • create unauthorized derivative services; or
  • use Leal intellectual property in a misleading manner.

31. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Leal processes personal information necessary to:

  • operate the Platform;
  • process Bookings;
  • process payments;
  • communicate with Customers;
  • coordinate with Providers;
  • provide support;
  • prevent fraud;
  • comply with legal obligations; and
  • improve the service.

Personal information may be shared with:

  • the relevant Provider;
  • XPay and other payment participants;
  • hosting and technology suppliers;
  • communication-service providers;
  • professional advisers; and
  • authorities where legally required.

Such sharing should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and handled in accordance with applicable law.

Leal’s detailed personal-data practices must be explained in a separately published Privacy Policy linked from the Platform and checkout. This Privacy Policy must be in place before live collection of Customer personal data.

Where required by applicable law, consent for promotional messages will be requested separately from acceptance of these Terms and booking-related communications. Customers may opt out of optional marketing using the method provided in those messages or by contacting Leal.

32. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Leal relies on third-party services including payment, hosting, communications and other technology providers.

Use of certain third-party functionality may also be subject to that third party's terms and privacy practices.

Leal is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

33. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

A link does not necessarily mean Leal endorses or controls that third party.

Customers should review the terms and privacy practices of third-party services before using them.

34. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Leal aims to keep the Platform available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;
  • updates;
  • internet outages;
  • hosting failures;
  • cyber incidents;
  • payment-provider downtime; or
  • circumstances outside reasonable control.

Leal may modify or discontinue non-essential Platform functionality where reasonably necessary.

Confirmed Customer rights relating to existing Bookings remain subject to applicable law and the relevant Booking terms.

35. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above:

  • Providers remain responsible for operating their Experiences.
  • Leal is not responsible for losses caused exclusively by the independent acts or omissions of a Provider where Leal has fulfilled its own legal obligations.
  • Leal is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses to the extent such exclusion is permitted by law.
  • Leal is not responsible for loss caused by a Customer's failure to follow clearly communicated instructions.
  • Leal is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control except where applicable law provides otherwise.

No provision of these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

36. CUSTOMER INDEMNITY FOR MISUSE

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a Customer may be responsible for reasonable losses directly caused by the Customer's fraudulent, unlawful or intentional misuse of the Platform.

This provision does not apply to ordinary good-faith complaints, legitimate charge disputes or the exercise of consumer rights.

37. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Leal may suspend access to the Platform where reasonably necessary because of:

  • fraud;
  • security risks;
  • repeated abusive conduct;
  • misuse of the Platform;
  • legal requirements; or
  • serious violations of these Terms.

Suspension does not remove rights relating to existing valid Bookings unless cancellation is necessary for a lawful reason.

Where a paid Booking must be cancelled because of Leal's suspension decision and the Customer is not responsible for the issue, the normal refund protections apply.

38. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers should contact Leal promptly where they believe a payment is incorrect or unauthorized.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a Customer from exercising valid rights available through their bank or card issuer.

Customers must not knowingly initiate a fraudulent chargeback for a correctly delivered service.

Leal may provide Booking and transaction records to XPay, banks or card networks for legitimate dispute-resolution purposes.

39. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Customers agree that Booking-related communications may be sent electronically, including by:

  • email;
  • SMS;
  • WhatsApp;
  • website notification; or
  • another contact method provided during Booking.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details remain accurate.

Electronic Booking Confirmations, notices and records may be retained and used as evidence of transactions to the extent permitted by law.

40. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Leal may update these Terms as the Platform, business model or applicable legal requirements develop.

The updated version will state a revised “Last Updated” or effective date.

Material changes affecting existing confirmed Bookings will not be applied retroactively where doing so would unlawfully reduce an existing Customer right.

The Terms applicable to a Booking are generally those in effect when the Booking was confirmed, together with any later change required by mandatory law or expressly accepted by the Customer.

41. TRANSFER TO A FUTURE LEAL ENTITY

Leal is currently operated by an individual.

If a company or other legal entity is established in the future to operate Leal, the operator may transfer or assign the operation of the Platform, relevant contracts, rights and obligations to that successor entity where legally permitted.

Any such transfer must not unlawfully reduce existing Customer rights.

Customers will be notified where notice is required by law.

42. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DOCUMENTS

These Terms should be read together with:

  • the relevant Experience listing;
  • the Booking Confirmation;
  • the Cancellation and Refund Policy;
  • the Privacy Policy; and
  • any clearly disclosed Experience-specific conditions.

If there is a conflict:

  • mandatory applicable law prevails;
  • an expressly disclosed Experience-specific term may apply if lawful and not less favorable than Leal’s baseline cancellation and refund commitments, except where a lawful exception is separately agreed with informed Customer consent;
  • the Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to cancellation matters;
  • these general Terms apply otherwise.

No document may reduce a mandatory consumer right.

43. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent legally permitted or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

44. NO WAIVER

If Leal does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean Leal has permanently waived that right.

A waiver must be clear and applies only to the specific circumstances for which it is given.

45. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the documents incorporated into them and the applicable Booking information, constitute the agreement relating to use of the Platform and the relevant Booking, subject always to mandatory law.

46. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms and Bookings made through Leal are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to any mandatory law that applies to a Customer.

Customers are encouraged to contact Leal first at info@leal.world so that we can attempt to resolve a complaint promptly.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a Customer from:

  • exercising mandatory consumer rights;
  • submitting a complaint to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency where applicable; or
  • bringing a claim before a court or authority having mandatory jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent Egyptian courts in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.

47. LANGUAGE

These Terms may be made available in Arabic and English.

Both versions are intended to communicate the same rules.

For operations governed primarily by Egyptian law, the Arabic version is intended to prevail in the event of an irreconcilable discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions, provided this is permissible under applicable law and the final bilingual text has been legally reviewed.

48. CONTACT
